Seeking a way to increase telephone revenue and reduce operating costs, the Boca Raton Resort & Club in Florida turned to SDD, a Florida-based software company specializing in communications accounting Systems for larger hotels in the lodging industry. Now the hotel is moving to a Windows Platform for its PMS, and wants to keep the same benefits instead of finding an alternate system.
